This month was tagged as the worst-ever in the US stock markets as Dow jones was in wild ride and&lt;a href="http://http//www.newsday.com/business/yourmoney/ny-bzstox025906921nov02,0,7887513.story"&gt; S&amp;amp;P&lt;/a&gt; lost 198 points.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p&gt;The markets have suffered under the weight of a deteriorating housing market, an ongoing credit crisis, sluggish profits and falling commodity prices.
